 Re:Tips for cleaning oil off the exterior of car? - 2009/01/10 15:45 Greased lightning extreme can be found at walmart in the auto section and is the best stuff i've found so far. Spray it on, let it sit for a minute or so, then use the medium nozzle on a pressure washer to get it up (any nozzle higher might take the paint off) then follow up with a soft tooth brush or anything else that didn't come off.

 Re:Tips for cleaning oil off the exterior of car? - 2009/01/10 19:18 Go to the 99 cent store in your neighborhood and by "awsome" it is yellow liquid in a spray bottle and it works great on oil and smoke scum that accumulates on your car. Spray in on and let it sit for a minute and wash it off. It also works on clothes as a prewash or to clean your barrels.

Oh, and I'm up to 50,000 miles on wvo from LoveCraft's conversion! The car has been running like a champ. Wish I had more time for collecting like I use to when I had a hundred gallons of wvo lying around at any given time. Lately its been barely 40.

They didn't plug L.C. but they mentioned the veg conversion in an article the local paper did about me:

 Re:Tips for cleaning oil off the exterior of car? - 2009/01/12 09:59 Make sure you wash the car and the wax it after using anything other than automotive finish products.

EZ Off will curl and peel the paint if there is a tiny nick in the surface. EZ off is also not safe for aluminum.
